“If a husband, separated from his wife, approaches another woman, he is an adulterer because he makes that woman commit adultery, and the woman who lives with him is an adulteress, because she has drawn another’s husband to herself.” (Reference Catechism of the Catholic Church 2384).

He also has tolerance for the LGTBH (gay) lifestyle, which Jesus Himself has condemned.

Catholic Tradition (CCC 2357)

“Homosexuality refers to relations between men or between women who experience sexual attraction to others of the same sex. Although homosexuality has taken many forms, its psychological source remains largely unexplained. Catholic Tradition (based on biblical texts) has always taught that “homosexual acts are intrinsically disordered” (Congregation for Doctrine of Faith). They are against the natural law, are closed to the gift of life, and do not proceed from a genuine sexual complementarity. Under no circumstances can they be approved.”

Thus, Dog may consider himself “Christian” but his choices are going to…at least…earn him much time in Purgatory.

@Bones: seriously, that is why you don’t like Christians? You are not telling the truth!!!! You don’t like Christians because you refuse to be restrained from licentiousness in any way or fashion. Shame, because Christians, not simply Western Christians live their spirituality in diverse ways. And Wendy,,Christianity and salvation are not personal—they are to be directed to others and for others. All through the Book, we are admonished to focus on OTHERS—not self.

Hi i think he is its just that when u are a cop u sometimes lose patience christian or not kk i think that he is and the bible does say do not judge others and the bible also says to love your neibor as urself so please no fighting and if u want to judges go somewhere else pls & thx

Dog is the ‘typical’ USA/Western styled ‘christian’ that makes many loathe and dislike god. Heres a man who loves to swear on TV knowing that young children are watching every move and word,allows his wife to make/say hints about their sexual life for the world to hear,breaks traffic rules/laws of the land in their vehicals,talks very poorly of these so-called criminals by calling them names and refering to them as the lower class by using certain terms/words the turns around after they have been caught and treats them like a poor lost puppy and on top of it all brings up his own past trying to ‘EQUAL’ himself to them(im a gangster too bra)-yes..they are words HE spoke PFFT!! Which is it? was or is? Wants to impress both sides of the fence,openly say ‘you got to lie to catch a lier.. Is that CHRIST-like?
He then says after they have been handed over ‘i hope our ministry has made a difference in the course of their life’. If thats ministry then send me to HELL!
On completion of the days/nights antics they pray to god after swearing,slandering,judging,sexual comments ‘thankyou for..’ not sorry God for all that we have done wrong and forgive us for getting lost in the heat of the day which we seem to do every day ON CAMERA and never learn from our mistake,for letting my wife start fights by calling fugitives mothers,sisters ect nasty words showing this is what CHRISTIANS do? NOOOO, its thankyou god for keeping us and the criminal safe and for our PAY PACKET!!! THAT MONEY!!!
This man knows what side his bread is buttered,he’s out for the almighty dollor..look at his house,clothing,cars lifestyle TV series with Ozzy Osbourne singing the into song(talk about cashing in..)
Now if your a christian would you want be standing infront of a god on judgement day being told’this is what you represented me and my followers as for the world to see?
Obviously i dont like christians and he is yet another reason why!!!

I doubt anyone that was not a true believer,would Pray for God to guide and help and protect. The man is doing a job in a way most would do in anger and hostility. Last I checked God almighty is Judge not any of us. I pray for the Safety of Dog his Team and all involved. Like Jesus of the woman caught in the very act of Adultery. If yo u have no sin throw the first rock. ( Para phrased.)

Wow, I’m impressed to see such sound Biblical backing and theology in an online setting. I agree 100% with you christslave. I was skeptical myself after watching an episode of the show where Dog and his wife drop countless f-bombs, but after reading that quote about his “mission field” I can say its very possible he is a true believer. He’s obviously from a rough background, so he naturally has a lot of baggage from that still in his life, but maybe that’s god’s way of reaching that small part of society that he influences.
Wendy I enjoyed reading your comments too, thank you both for respecting eachother and showing Christ’s love through how you express your opinions on here! Keep it up!

I truly believe if the people being defensive about people “judging” Dog would read the whole bible, they would see things differently. So I will post some scriptures although I’m sure someone will find a way to try and fight em.
Ok, so we can be Christian but speak however we want? James 1:26,27 If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tounge, but decieveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain. Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.” hmmm? Quite different. And I know Tonja said they speak like that while they are capturing them cus that’s what language they understand, however they drop F-bombs like its nothing. I guess Jesus also talked like that to the thieves and prostitutes right? Jesus dropping F-bombs so they can understand Him, sounds logical. Ephesians 5:4 Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking,” the fact is, its not Christ-like to constantly speak cursings, blasphemy(GD it), and such, according to the word of God. Also I hear about “swear to God” on the show. Matthew 5:34 says But I say unto you, swear not at all; 37 says but let your communication be, yea, yea; nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these comet of evil.

Its getting to the point where we can’t question anything or anyone without being offensive. If one is a true Christian, the word says we are not to speak, act, or looks like the world. We are called from out of it. It is very sad how we have to accept false Christians as true simple because they pray to Jesus. If he is or is not a Christian does not make him good or bad, however it’s dangerous to have someone like that as a Christian role model, or think one is ok acting like that.

“Whos to say what a “christian” is?”

The Bible! I’m no anyone to say if Dog is a christian or not. Being a christian comes down to one thing… ur relationship with Christ. I dont know how Dog’s relationship with Christ is but the Bible does say an awful lot about giving testimony of your faith and it gives you the guidelines to how to maintain a good christian testimony.

2 Corinthians 8:21
21 We are careful to be honorable before the Lord, but we also want everyone else to see that we are honorable.

About cursing:

James 3:9-12 says:
9. Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.
10. Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.
11. Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
12. Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

Dont get me wrong. I love the show. But I just want to remind people that there is a Guidline that tells Christians how they should behave. The Bible. That doesnt mean ur not a christian if in some of these guidelines the Bible gives, you make a mistake, or fail. But True Christians/Christ followers do need to try with all there might to follow them.
