I figured this was kind of a stupid question but I found someone lingering on one of my other websites trying to find out information why Dog the Bounty Hunter might have a badge.
The reason is simple: Dog the Bounty Hunter as well as hundreds of other bounty hunters / bail enforcement agents wear badges is to show that the specified person is a certified fugitive recovery agent and may perform such actions in accordance within Colorado State LawC.R.S 12-7105.5 and the Supreme Court Ruling Taylor v. Taintor 83 U.S. 366 (1872).

I swear this countries people are mentally retarded…..AHEM bobby. they are just paint balls either he is using pepper balls, paint balls with pepper spray inside which aren’t commercially available. I know this cause I live in colorado springs where he does work and he come to the scuba shop to get air tanks filled.
Those “paint ball” guns are mace guns that happen to be like a pb gun. They are used by many people and some police. They hurt like hell and you then have to deal with mace.
